Abstract
This research deals with the technical of opening text during the critical
study about the poem of Al- ssiyab which is named ( city with out rain)
We chose this poem also to make connection with the western critical
theories.
Our study aims to explain the act of opening texts and critics and its
methods and directions in modern Arabic poetry.
It also aims to show the differences in the point of view between critics
and poetries.
The research depends on dimension vision of selective, and descriptive.

 Preface, which addressed the importance of internal music in poetry, and its close association with poetry, and the poet himself, to reveal what is touring himself and revolves in his imagination.
 Repetition of all kinds: repetition of letters, repetition of words, and repetition of phrases: It showed what this repetition of strengthening the melody, and linking parts of words within the same house, or the poem, and create a special musical atmosphere to spread a certain significance and to confirm the meanings and accompanied by musical accommodation.

At a time when the general rules in the different legal systems require the presence of two parties to the contract, one of which is issued the first expression of the will and is called the offer, and the other is issued from the other and is called the acceptance. A special type of contracts emerged in the beginning of the last century called the “unilateral contracts”. The side sparked a major jurisprudential dispute, as well as the issuance of several contradictory judicial rulings on it. Hence, this research came to highlight this special type of contract. Objectives: The study aims to reveal the approach of Imam Al-Salmi in the weighting between the apparently conflicting texts, and to show the extent of his agreement and disagreement with the rest of the fundamentalists, and does he have vocabulary that can be used to elicit legal rulings in modern contemporary issues?

Method: The method of induction and analysis is one of the main tools to reach the research results. The study resorted to following the sayings of Imam Al-Salmi in various sources and fatwas and standing on them, then analyzing and applying them to the various branches of jurisprudence in the various jurisprudential chapters.

In this research, I have tried to explain about the prophets' peace be upon them sent by God which is one of the commonalities between Islam and Judaism, but the two religions are different about whether the prophets are infallible or not. This study has tried to independently explain to describe both Islam and Judaism on this subject. Eventually, we concluded that there is a big difference between the two religions regarding their view of the infallibility of the prophets of all sins.

Abstract:
The research dealt with the study of animal drawings in the fresco, during the Umayyad period, especially in Qusayr Amra and Qasr al-Hayr al-Gharbi. Many imagesto different animals and birds were found and used in various subjects, most notably the hunting and predation scenes.
