The research aims to identify small and medium enterprises in accounting thought in terms of definition and concept, and this international financial reporting standard for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the theoretical aspect. As for the practical aspect, the small and medium-sized enterprises standard has been applied to the financial statements of the company in question, the preparation of the opening entry on the date of the transition, the requirements of measurement and the accounting disclosure on the date following the application of the standard, and the preparation of the company's financial statements and the accompanying explanations according to the standard of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is. The emergence of fundamental differences between the applications of the small and medium-sized enterprises standard on the one hand and the applications of the unified accounting system on the other hand, and this is what appears in the table of the impact of adopting the International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium Enterprises before and after implementation. Simplifying the accounting measurement and disclosure requirements within the SMEs standard enables Iraqi companies to apply it and thus prepare globally comparable financial statements, which increases the chances of foreign companies entering to invest in Iraq. The research recommended the necessity of developing an effective system for the transition to the international financial reporting standard for small and medium-sized enterprises and removing the obstacles that face small and medium enterprises when implementing it.
Abstract To ensure that the distribution system has safe drinking water. It is necessary to know the residual chlorine concentrations at various points in the network. A chlorine photometer device was used to measure twenty points taken every day for a week at a selected time in the distribution system. Both pressures and flows in the network were measured using bourdon gauge and Tuf-2000H Handheld Digital ultrasonic flow meters. A pot culture experiment was conducted at the greenhouse of soil and water resources department in College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad in Abo-Ghraib at season 2009-2010 to investigate the effects of using foliar application of some macro and micronutrients in induce antioxidant enzymes in wheat grown under salt stress . Persistence of antibiotics in the aquatic environment has raised concerns regarding their potential influence on potable water quality and human health. This study analyzes the presence of antibiotics in potable water from two treatment plants in Baghdad City. The collected samples were separated using a solid-phase extraction method with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) cartridge before being analyzed. A detailed systematic study of calcareous nannofossils was carried out for the Jaddala Formation in (Aj-10) well, Central Iraq. Seventy one species belong to twenty four genera of calcareous nannofossils were identified including sixty two of them were previously named and nine species were identified for the first time and they would not be given names until more information is obtained in the future to support this identification.

In the last years, a new technology called Cloud computing has been developed. Empirical and previous studies, commonly examined in business field and other domains. In this study, the significant factors that affecting the adoption of cloud computing have been examined using a frequency analysis that have been explored by the previous studies.
