The aim of this research is to show the level of banking leadership trends in the importance of organizational confidence and its reflection in the dimensions of the strategic position the research was applied in a bank (Al- Mansour Investment, Business Bay), and the Questionnaire Was adopted as a tool to collect data and information from the number of the sample (15) who are in allocation (Department Manager, Department Manager Department Manager, Division Officer, Unit Officer) and he used the statistical program (spss) to calculate (standard deviation, arithmetic mean, percentages, regression, analysis,F-test coefficient of determination R2, Coefficieent, square Kay and the research reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which are:- there is an effect of total confidence in achieving the strategic position of the two surveyed banks in its dimensions, and the impact percentage Was (88%) there are also differences in the sample responses about the paragraphs of the questionnaire combined according to personal variables, academic qualification, number of years of service. While these differences do not exist within the job position, in addition to that the level of trends of banking leaders towards the importance of organizational trust and strategic position was to a high degree

with a total of 100 male and female pupils and two ages(8-9 and 10-11 years),
were selected randomly to study the relationship between the breakfast meal and
the academic level, the socioeconomic situation, and the number of family
members. The study showed a positive linear correlation between the morning
meal, and academic level of students for both two covered ages, also showed a
clear impact between the development of family's socioeconomic situation and
their nutrition level. There were an increase in the percentage of pupils aged 8-9
years with a poor nutrition when they were belonged to a poor or medium
socioeconomic families,
The utilization of sugarcane molasses (SCM), a byproduct of sugar refining, offers a promising bio-based alternative to conventional chemical admixtures in cementitious systems. This study investigates the effects of SCM at five dosage levels, 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75%, 1.00%, and 1.25% by weight of cement, on cement mortar performance across fresh, mechanical, thermal, durability, and density criteria. The reaction of the (L-AZD) with: [VO(II), Cr(III), Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II)], has been investigated and was isolated as tri nuclear cluster and characterized by: Ft-IR, U. v- Visible, electrical conductivity, magnetic susceptibilities at 25 Co, atomic absorption and molar ratio.
