The research aims to identify the requirements of banking Entrepreneurial in Saudi Arabia and Singapore, where banking Entrepreneurial is an important way to lead employees to acquire the experience and knowledge required by the banking environment, so we note the pursuit of the banking management to acquire new technology proactively and distinctively to compete with others through the introduction of modern technologies that help senior management to develop new banking methods adaptable to the surrounding environmental changes. The problem of research highlights the extent to which the requirements of banking Entrepreneurial are applied in Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Singapore and will be addressed through three investigations, the first research includes the theoretical aspect of the research, the second research is about analyzing the experiences of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Singapore, and the third research analysis of data from Saudi Arabia, and Singapore in banking Entrepreneurial.
Nanostructural cupric oxide (CuO) films were prepared on Si and glass substrate by pulsed laser deposition technique (PLD) using laser Nd:YAG, using different laser pulses energies from 200 to 600 mJ. The X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) of the films showed a polycrystalline structure with a monoclinic symmetry and preferred orientation toward (111) plane with nano structure. The crystallite size was increasing with increasing of laser pulse energy. Optical properties was characterized by using UV–vis spectrometer in the wave lengthrange (200-1100) nm at room temperature. Variable selection in Poisson regression with high dimensional data has been widely used in recent years. we proposed in this paper using a penalty function that depends on a function named a penalty. An Atan estimator was compared with Lasso and adaptive lasso. A simulation and application show that an Atan estimator has the advantage in the estimation of coefficient and variables selection.

In this paper an attempt to provide a single degree of freedom lumped model for fluid structure interaction (FSI) dynamical analysis will be presented. The model can be used to clarify some important concept in the FSI dynamics such as the added mass, added stiffness, added damping, wave coupling ,influence mass coefficient and critical fluid depth . Survivin, a member of inhibitor of apoptosis family is increasingly used as a target for cancer therapy design because it has a key role in cell growth and inhibition of cell apoptosis. Also it can be used as a biomarker for targeting cancer because it is found in almost all cancer but not normal cells. Our strategy was to design (computationally) a molecule to be used as survivin inhibitor. This molecule was named lead10 and was used furthermore to find (virtually) existing drugs with a good survivin inhibition activity.
