The research aims to study the marketing costs in its various items, which are important costs as it specializes in tunnels on the marketing side through which the company's services are introduced to ensure that these services reach as many segments of society as possible, which serves the company's objectives and expand its business and increase its market share. As well as the definition of profitability and its relation to marketing costs in the portfolios of the national insurance company. The research hypothesis was formulated to study and analyze the relationship and impact between the marketing costs and profitability of the research sample company. The research sample was determined by the National General Insurance Company and the Spss(22) statistical program was used to extract the marketing costs of a number of national insurance company portfolios for a period of (2011-2018) as well as the profitability of the net profit of the portfolio. As for the most prominent results of the research despite the importance of the marketing thought of all institutions and their role in the process of promoting the product or service, but the practical awareness in the application and use of marketing programs is still in our institutions, especially insurance suffers from a lack of attention within the priorities of the institution key. Vitrifications process one of the important methods to immobilize nuclear waste. In this research nuclear waste (Strontium Oxides) with molecular weight (5%) was immobilized by vitrification methods in two types of borosilicate glass (c-type) which are glass and glass-ceramics. To investigate the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of glass and glass-ceramic after immobilize nuclear waste these samples irradiated by gamma ray radiation. This work is concerned with the study of the effect of cement types, particularly OPC and SRPC, which are the main cement types manufactured in Iraq. In addition, study the effect of mineral admixtures, which are HRM and SF on the resistance of high performance concrete (HPC) to internal sulphate attack. The HRM is used at (10%) and SF is used at (8 and 10)% as a partial replacement by weight of cement for both types. The percentages of sulphate investigated are (1,2 and 3)% by adding natural gypsum as a partial replacement by weight of fine aggregate. This study aimed to isolate and identifye the growth of microorganisms and
their effect on pickled cucumber and cabbage, the study also investigated the effect of
garlic (in the form of segments, chopped or crushed) on the mentioned pickled –food
features . Furthermore, a sense based comparison is made between vinegar-preserved
