The insurance companies are one of the organizations that rely mainly on human capital to underwriting to insurable risks because most of risks have many variables, so the aim of the research is to show the level of interest of the researched company in human capital, the reality of the underwriting policy in it, and the relationships of correlation and effect between them, and the approach has been used Analytical descriptive, as books, research and other related sources were used for the purpose of completing the theoretical side, on the practical side, a questionnaire was prepared, which represents the main tool for collecting data and distributed to a random sample of 64 people from underwriting managers and employees in specialized insurance branches as well as The technical department at the National Insurance Company, and in order to analyze the data and obtain the results, a number of statistical methods were used in proportion to the nature of the collected data, by means of the (SPSS) program to calculate the statistical indicators, and one of the most prominent results reached by the research is the presence of significant correlation and effect between The two variables, The research also presented a set of recommendations to the company on both human capital and achieving the underwriting policy.

The correlation between dyslipidemia and the severity of coronavirus disease 2019 has been widely categorized. Dyslipidemia is one of the most dominant disorders among these patients. Systemic inflammation accompanied by cytokine storm hemostasis modifications and severe vasculitis have all been reported to occur among COVID-19 patients, and these may contribute to some severe complications.
The aim of this study is to assess the possible relationship between dyslipidemia and the severity of coronavirus disease 2019.

Objective: To investigate and prove that aspirin
protects, or at least attenuates amikacin ototoxicity in
humans.
Method: This study was conducted in 60 patients that
completed all
requirements .The patients were divided into two
groups:
• Control group: receive placebo treatment.
• Drug–treated group: They receive aspirin
coated tablets (1.5gm/ day), 500mg 8 hourly.
Both groups had similar aspects regarding the gender,

Finding orthogonal matrices in different sizes is very complex and important because it can be used in different applications like image processing and communications (eg CDMA and OFDM). In this paper we introduce a new method to find orthogonal matrices by using tensor products between two or more orthogonal matrices of real and imaginary numbers with applying it in images and communication signals processing. The output matrices will be orthogonal matrices too and the processing by our new method is very easy compared to other classical methods those use basic proofs. The results are normal and acceptable in communication signals and images but it needs more research works.
