The attention of civil society organizations, governments and international non-governmental organizations in recent years has focused on the acute practices adopted by companies with the aim of reducing the tax burden, and the results of these practices have a negative impact on the tax revenues that the state uses to finance public needsThe aim of the research is to measure the impact of the voluntary disclosure of companies on tax planning for the period from 2011 to 2015 and the research community is in the General Tax Authority. The research sample is 6 companies within the private sector in the financial, banking, insurance and industrial fields. The research was based on a special model to measure the optional disclosure, while using a special form. To measure tax planning by relying on the effective tax rateThe results of the research resulted in the absence of an effect of the voluntary disclosure of companies in tax planning and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis that denies the existence of the relationship between the two variables. Dapagliflozin is a novel sodium-glucose cotransporter type 2 inhibitor. This work aims to develop a new
validated sensitive RP-HPLC coupled with a mass detector method for the determination of dapagliflozin, its
alpha isomer, and starting material in the presence of dapagliflozin major degradation products and an internal
standard (empagliflozin). The separation was achieved on BDS Hypersil column (length of 250mm, internal
diameter of 4.6 mm and 5-μm particle size) at a temperature of 35℃. Water and acetonitrile were used as

The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community. Traumatic radial nerve injury in humeral shaft fracture is the most common traumatic nerve injury in long-bone fracture, with overall prevalence 2-18%, ranging from traction to complete transection.
