Under major developments in the field of business environment, the use of traditional budgets do not fit into these developments and adversely affect the future performance of the enterprises, which requires the transition to modern systems in the preparation of the budgets of activity based budgeting ABB because they provide a more accurate and objective estimates based on scientific foundations and practical avoided arising from the use of traditional budgeting problems, Where ABB is working better allocation of resources based on the activities of an enterprise and this positively affects the performance of the administration for the purpose of evaluating their performance according to responsibility centers and decision-making governance. The research concluded that the use of the activity based budgeting ABB data service costs more fair base provides leading to convince top management of the Directorate of the importance and the role of the activity based budgeting system ABB and provided them with the cost of data more accurate and appropriate help in planning, control and make the right decisions.

Sludge worm samples were collected from the Tigers River sediment during the period from November 2018 to June 2019 in Al Sarafiya District/ Baghdad- Iraq. Biometric morphological measurements focusing on the form of penis sheath and chaetal morphology were used for species identification, in addition to molecular analysis by amplification of conserved 18s rRNA encoding gene using ITS1 and ITS4 universal primers.According to the morphological measurement records, the results revealed the existence of Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri Claparede 1862, L. claparedeianus Ratzel, 1868 and L. cervix Brinkhurst 1963. The minimum number of groups (k) required for a given group size and acceptance number is determined when various values of Consumer’s Risk and test termination time are specified. All the results about these sampling plan and probability of acceptance were explained with tables.
Preparation of identical independent photons is the core of many quantum applications such as entanglement swapping and entangling process. In this work, Hong-Ou-Mandel experiment was performed to evaluate the degree of indistinguishability between independent photons generated from two independent weak coherent sources working at 640 nm. The visibility was 46%, close to the theoretical limit of 50%. The implemented setup can be adopted in quantum key distribution experiments carried out with free space as the channel link, as all the devices and components used are operative in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum.
