The study aims to indicate the role of the agricultural initiative in building agricultural development, mediated by activation of the role of internal and external audit on agricultural initiative projects, for the purpose of meeting the challenges of abuses on agricultural land and lack of water used in agriculture and proportions of high poverty, which led to the rural people of the migration to the city and leave agriculture and livestock, and that of the main conclusions reached by the researcher. When comparing the work of the external auditing agencies (the Federal Office of Financial Supervision) on the initiative of agricultural projects with internal audit services in the Directorate of Agriculture and branches of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in the province observed not to activate the internal audit services in the Directorate of Agriculture in agricultural development, the researcher recommended to maintain the agricultural initiative projects stop and neglect mediated oversight and provide ongoing support to them for these projects from the role in agricultural development.
The determination of aerodynamic coefficients by shell designers is a critical step in the development of any projectile design. Of particular interest is the determination of the aerodynamic coefficients at transonic speeds. It is in this speed regime that the critical aerodynamic behavior occurs and a rapid change in the aerodynamic coefficients is observed. ... Show MoreFive sites were chosen to the north of Babil Governorate in order to identify the limnological features and the impact of the Hindiya Dam during 2019. Site2 was located near the dam to reflect the ecological features of this site, whereas other sites, S1 was located at the upstream of the dam as a control site. Moreover, the two other sites S3 and S4 were located down the dam. The results of the study showed a close correlation between air and water temperature at all sites. Nuclear shell model is adopted to calculate the electric quadrupole moments for some Calcium isotopes 20Ca (N = 21, 23, 25, and 27) in the fp shell. The wave function is generated using a two body effective interaction fpd6 and fp space model. The one body density matrix elements (OBDM) are calculated for these isotopes using the NuShellX@MSU code. The effect of the core-polarizations was taken through the theory microscopic by taking the set of the effective charges. The results for the quadrupole moments by using Bohr-Mottelson (B-M) effective charges are the best. The behavior of the form factors of some Calcium isotopes was studied by using Bohr-Mottelson (B-M) effective charges.
