Tax information system is one of the most important means that help the tax administration to reach the real income of the taxpayer, and the problem of research came in the General Authority for Tax ,The next question (Does the control carried out by the Central Bank on foreign remittances to reach the real income of the taxpayer). The research is gaining importance by focusing on the Central Bank's control over foreign remittances, and how to use this control to finance the tax information system. The relationship between the Central Bank's control over foreign remittances and the tax information system.The study has reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following: The work of an integrated information system linking the General Tax Authority with the Central Bank, through which the General Authority for Taxes is provided with all the external remittance information allocated for import through the currency window. The parties accepted the guilty person in order to reduce the phenomenon of tax evasion and the phenomenon of foreign currency smuggling.

Shallow foundations have been commonly used to transfer load to soil layer within the permissible limits of settlement based on the bearing capacity of the soil. The study aimed to design a test of pre-writing skills for public kindergartens in Baghdad city. The test consisted of (25) items applied on a sample of (150) kindergarteners to identify these skills as well as to identify the significant difference between male and female children and if there is a difference between pre-school children and kindergarteners. The results showed the presence of pre-writing skills with a high degree in kindergarten children. The differences were clear in these skills between male and female children and those in pre-school than those in kindergartens. The researcher suggested a number of recommendations and proposals.

The study seeks to explore the mental-math level among intermediate-school students. To this end, the researcher raised a question. What the level of mental math among students in the intermediate stage? Total of (576) male and female students were chosen from different schools at Al-karkh side \ general directorate of Baghdad education. So as to answer research question and hypothesis, a questionnaire of (30) items designed by the authors was administered to the study sample.
