The research seeks to determine the nature of audit services, their characteristics and the basic concepts of services marketing audit and definition of the rules and basic dimensions of the marketing audit services through the knowledge of the elements of the marketing mix and test the preferences of customers and auditors of the factors affecting the marketing audit services by selecting a sample of the owners of some of the projects and companies and a sample of auditors has been use the resolution to achieve the objectives of the research where a good question to the owners about the most important factors in your choice of the Audit Office and asked the organization to answer according to the standard trio (very important, a few important, not important) have been identified (12) factor. The questionnaire included with which the auditors of the factors that are more important to market their services and ensure the question (12) factor also research found a set of results, mainly the lack of many professionals to how to reach customers and how it defines its services to their lack of marketing skills for promoting effective services and some of them adopt negative views toward marketing holds that marketing activity is a professional and even immoral, and promotion services depends on the philosophy that good practice for the work are capable of growth and quality reputation of the profession that will benefit him more than acting.
The design, construction and investigation of experimental study of two compound parabolic concentrators (CPCs) with tubular absorber have been presented. The performance of CPCs have been evaluated by using outdoor experimental measurements including the instantaneous thermal efficiency. The two CPCs are tested instantly by holding them on a common structure. Many tests are conducted in the present work by truncating one of them in three different levels. There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.

This study investigates the surgical and thermal effects on oral soft tissues produced by CO2 laser emitting at 10.6 micrometers with three different fluences 490.79, 1226.99 and 1840.4 J/cm2. These effects are specifically; incision depth, incision width and the tissue damage width and depth. The results showed that increasing the fluence and /or the number of beam passes increase the average depths of ablation. Moreover, increasing the fluence and the number of beam passes increase the adjacent tissue damage in width and depth. Surgeons using CO2 laser should avoid multiple pulses of the laser beam over the same area, to avoid unintentional tissue damage.
A numerical investigation is adopted for two dimensional thermal analysis of rocket thrust chamber wall (RL10), employing finite difference model with iterative scheme (implemented under relaxation factor of 0.9 for convergence) to compute temperature distribution within thrust chamber wall (which is composed of Nickel and Copper layers).
