The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program in enhancing self-management in reducing the academic procrastination of tenth-grade male students.
