Growing interest in the subject of corporate governance after the repercussions of financial collapses of some of the leaders of American companies and European, and the consequent crisis of confidence in global financial lists of companies due to weak accounting disclosure and transparency, was quick from many countries and international organizations to adopt the concept in an attempt to improve the situation of companies and promote transparency and prevent further financial crises in the future. Based on this background, the present study aims to shed light on the concept of exercising the powers of governance that has become invitations for adoption in Iraq of great importance, given the increasing role of corporations both restricted and unrestricted in the Iraqi market for securities, focusing on the situation of Iraqi private banks to the need for follow-up performance and access to the best level of performance in improving efficiency and economic and financial stability. The study showed that corporate governance of the banking system is nothing but a system through which management and control of banks in order to protect shareholder rights, equality, justice, involvement them in decision-making , the provision of information in a transparency information transparency, clarity and determine the responsibility of board members and their rights. The findings of the study that, despite the novelty of the concept of corporate governance of banks in the Iraqi environment but there are serious attempts to define the mechanisms and implementation mechanisms on the ground. And that the departments of private Iraqi banks play a vital role in the application of the concept as act as liaison between regulatory agencies and the Governing Council.
Chitinase-3-like 1 protein (YKL-40) is a glycoprotein primarily produced in the arthritic joint and plays a crucial role in inflammatory processes. The aim of the study is to establish the role of YKL-40 as a biomarker for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) compared to proinflammatory biomarkers and disease activity. The study included 58 patients and 18 control. Diseases activity score (DAS-28) and clinical disease activity index (CDAI) were measured. Serum level of YKL-40, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1B (IL-1β), erythrocyte sedimentation (ESR), rheumatoid factor (RF), C-reactive protein (CRP), and anti-citrullinated protein antibody (ACPA) were assessed. Objective(s): The present study aims at assessing the prevalence of smoking among health workers in Baghdad Teaching Hospital and to find out the effectiveness of instructional booklet concerning risk of smoking on health workers′ knowledge in hospital.
Methodology: A pre-experimental design study was conducted from 1st of October 2019 to 17th of March 2020. A non-probability sample consists of (500) participant (343 non-smokers and 157 smokers) from (1500) health workers in Baghdad Teaching Hospital, they included the physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, Laboratory Technicians, Medical Assistants. The research aims to identify the effect of teaching-learning design based on the constructivism theory on the life skills of middle stage students. The sample consisted of (60) students from one of the middle schools in Baghdad's governorate. The experimental group and control group consisted of 30 students for each group, the research tool was the life skills scale composed of (78) items. The scale proved its validity and reliability, which was found to be (0.85). The results showed a statistically significant difference in life skills between the two groups of research in favor of the experimental group, which studied the educational design according to models of constructivism theory compared to the usual method of teaching.

This research aims to identify the effect of measuring reinforcement (regular - irregular) in gamification upon developing computer skills among secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research experiment was applied on two samples of (68) secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Aurar region. The results revealed there is a significant difference between the experimental group that used (irregular) reinforcement and the control group used (regular) reinforcement in gamification through the post-application of the electronic programming test and through the programming, language skills observing card (Visual Basic Studio).
