The research aims at achieving a set of objectives, which is to study a vital variable in the organizations which is the talent management and its impact on encouraging and empowering employees to take part in making appropriate decisions with their heads in the Iraqi Cement State Company. The current study is designed to achieve the goal of early detection of heart disease because it is the main risk of death. Some biomarkers were measured as well as the percentage of the effect of certain risk factors in people with myocardial infarction and heart failure. The study included 40 serum samples from people with heart disease. The aim of this research is to study the effect of using computer
techniques to increase students information at the experimenting the speed
control of dc motor by the magnetic field.
Simulation of the experiment has been used by implementing
“Electronics Workbench” software.
The random sample, included (30) second year electrical department
students, divided into two groups , experimental and control with pre-test and
post-test .
The results showed great advantages for the experimental group
through the use of computer program in the laboratory. The calculated (t) was
