Solid waste is considered to be one of the rescuers of pollution in case of neglecting conditions and procedures relating to specific processes of laws, systems, and contracts requirements in addition to recommendations of organizations concerned with environment issue. The environments auditing groups of intosai have taking into account the environments control by various conference and recommended that the Board of supreme audit have and environments controlling taking into consideration auditing procedures on waste management ,and also offered on evidences for experiences of members of countries in order to exchange their knowledge's and experiments .the definition of solid waste and their resources ,risks ,management steps ,international contract and some experiences of various countries have been outlined in the theoretical framework of this research on the other hand ,the empirical side is concern treated on the experiences of in environmental auditing related solid waste .the result of environments survey for municipalities by the central statistical organization .the researcher presents an auditing program project for solid waste management. The research ended by some conclusions and recommendation.
Shumblan (SH) is one of the most undesirable aquatic plants widespread in the irrigation channels and water bodies. This work focuses on boosting the biogas potential of shumblan by co-digesting it with other types of wastes without employing any chemical or thermal pretreatments as done in previous studies. A maximum biogas recovery of 378 ml/g VS was reached using shumblan with cow manure as inoculum in a ratio of 1:1. The methane content of the biogas was 55%. Based on volatile solid (VS) and C/N ratios, biogas productions of 518, 434, and 580 ml/g VS were obtained when the shumblan was co-digested with food wastes (SH:F), paper wastes (SH:P), and green wastes (SH:G) respectively. To do this, the author designed a questionnaire comprised (20) item which was applied on (250) managers included (113) manager hold bachelor degree and (137) manager hold master degree. To carry out this study, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach. The fluctuation and expansion ratios have been studied for cylindrical gas-solid fluidized columns by using air as fluidizing medium and Paracetamol as the bed material. The variables were the column diameter (0.0762, 0.15, and 0.18 m), static bed height (0.05, 0.07, and 0.09 m), and air velocity to several times of minimum fluidization velocity. The results showed that both the fluctuation and expansion ratios had a direct relation with air velocity and an inverse one with column diameter and static bed height. A good agreement was between the experimental results and the calculated values by using the correlation equations from the literature.
