The great challenge that will face the management in the developed and developing countries at the same time as core issue is represented in the question of the labor productivity in the field of in the Training Of human which is believed that it will prevail upon the jobs of their organization for many coming decades in in next years. Farther more, it will limit the construction of the communities and the quality of this life. Therefore, the priority of the economics of those countries will be headed toward increasing this productivity and giving it tried finally to control economically and managerially. In the light of information era, every organization should become knowledgeable enterprise. And for this reason, the achievement of such benefits in the productivity of services in companies to these achieved in productivity of goods. It supposes that the priority should be to developed world arena nowadays to the productivity in human sources. Unless it developed rapidly, the social and economical situations of that great groups of workers which their numbers become greater than the numbers of the workers working in the industry during its peak stage it will be declined or may become confused. In conclusion, the researcher identifies the weak points in Training Of human textile products, and could introduce some suggestions and recommendations to overcome. Concentrations of heavy metals (Copper Cu, Iron Fe, Manganese Mn, Cadmium Cd, and Lead Pb) have been studied in river crab Sesarma boulengeri (Outer part of the shield and interior tissues) which caught from two stations in Shatt Al – Arab river (Salhia and Aldeir areas). Elements concentrations were measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, concentration of heavy metals in the internal tissues was higher than in the outer shield in both of the stations with the highest value of the elements was to iron 95.21 mg\ kg during the spring as well as copper was 55 mg\kg and manganese was 39.09 mg\kg. The influence of sensing element length of no-core fiber strain sensor has been studied and experimentally demonstrated, four different lengths of 125 μm diameter no-core fiber is fused between two standard single-mode fibers and bi-directionally strained, the highest obtained sensitivity was around 16.37 pm με -1 which was exhibited in the shortest no-core fiber segment, to the best of our knowledge this is the first study of the influence of no-core fiber strain sensors length on sensor sensitivity. The proposed sensor can be used in many opto-mechanical applications such as, structural health monitoring, aerospace vehicles and airplane components monitoring.
