الشرط المانع من التأجير هو عبارة عن قيد اتفاقي يرد في عقد الإيجار مقتضاه تقييد حرية المستأجر من التصرف في حقه بالإيجار من الباطن أو التنازل عن الإيجار إلا بموافقة المؤجر.وهو بذلك قيد إرادي يرد على حرية المستأجر في التصرف بحقه الناشئ عن عقد الإيجار استثناءً من الأصل العام، وهذا الشرط أما ان يرد على منع المستأجر من التنازل عن الإيجار إلى الغير أو الإيجار إلى الغير من الباطن أو كلا الحالتين، وهو أما أن يظهر بصورة

Theoretical and experimental methodologies were assessed to test curved beam made of layered   composite material. The maximum stress and maximum deflection were computed for each layer and the effect of radius of curvature and curve shape on them. This research investigates the engagement of the Iraqi audience with ethnographic programs and their impact on knowledge enhancement and intellectual perspectives. A questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions was designed and administered to a purposive sample of 400 participants who exclusively follow ethnographic programs and documentary channels. The data were transcribed and subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS software to ensure reliability and test hypotheses. The findings revealed that Al Jazeera Documentary Channel had the highest viewership percentage among respondents for ethnographic programs, while DW (Deutsche Welle) had the lowest viewership percentage. This suggests that Al Jazee
