The aim of this study is to develop a colorimetric assay to quantitatively detect the target DNA of A. baumannii based on unmodified gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) from different clinical samples (burns, surgical wounds, sputum, blood and urine). The research population consisted of (13) firms during the period (2015-2020). Data were collected from the annual financial statements of the firms.
