The research aims to identify the concept of financing structure and what are the determinants that affect it and the goals achieved by financing in commercial banks in addition to the sources upon which the financing structure depends consisting of internal financing sources and external financing sources and their connection to the profits of commercial banks. Baghdad, Khaleeji Commercial Bank) registered in the Iraq Stock Exchange during the period for the years (2011-2020) published in the Iraq Stock Exchange from and the research relied on financial analysis tools to analyze the independent variable the following financing structure (the ratio of equity to total assets, the ratio of deposits to Total liabilities, the ratio of loans to total liabilities (as well as the researcher’s use of financial ratios for profitability indicators (the ratio of the rate of return on assets (ROA), the ratio of the rate of return on equity (ROE), the ratio of the rate of return on investment (ROI)) depending on the financial statements Especially the balance sheets and income statements of those banks, and the researcher reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is that the funding structure depends on the trade-off between return and risk and the extent to which financial management prefers one of them, as the bank’s retention of high short-term financing rates compared to long-term financing leads to a decrease in the bank’s profitability due to the high interest Accordingly, the research achieved a set of recommendations, including the study recommends that banks develop effective diversification strategies for the financing structure between owned financing and borrowed financing in order to achieve a better or optimal mix between them, which makes the financing cost at its minimum and increases the profitability of the bank.

The suggestion is to use Zelio soft programmable relays instead of the unavailable old control units. Operation philosophy was studied through works of literature, operation manuals, and standards. Coupling reaction of 4-aminoantipyrene with 8-hydroxyqunoline gave the new bidentate azo ligand 5-(4-antipyrene azo)-8-hydroxyqunoline. Treatment of this ligand with the following metals ions (MnII, CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII) in aqueous ethanol with a 1:2 M:L ratio yielded a series of neutral complexes of the general formula [M(L)2Cl2]. The prepared complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption, FT.IR, UV-Vis spectroscopic as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. Chloride ion content were also evaluated by (Mohr Method). From above data, the proposed molecular structure for these complexes as octahedral geometry.

Leinamycin is a thiol dependent DNA alkylating agent which shows very potent activity against various cancer cell lines. Show MoreThe New Schiff base ligand 4,4'-[(1,1'-Biphenyl)-4,4'-diyl,bis-(azo)-bis-[2-Salicylidene thiosemicarbazide](HL)(BASTSC)and its complexes with Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, electronic, FTIR, magnetic susceptibility measurements. The analytical and spectral data showed, the stiochiometry of the complexes to be 1:1 (metal: ligand). FTIR spectral data showed that the ligand behaves as dibasic hexadentate molecule with (N, S, O) donor sequence towards metal ions. The octahedral geometry for Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes and non electrolyte behavior was suggested according to the analysis data.
ABSTRACT
Two compounds were isolated from the fruit part of Rhus coriaria that grow wildly or cultivated in the north of Iraq. The compounds were separated by preparative high-Performance Liquid Chromatography and their structures were established based on detailed spectroscopic techniques like FTIR and LC-MS/MS.

In present study 74 specimens of urine were collected from patients suffering from urinary tract infections.Fifty (67.56%) isolates were identified as Escherichia coli. 78% of isolates were identified as extendedspectrum beta lactamases (ESBL) producer. Antibiotic susceptibility t est was done and ceftazidime wasselected to complete this study by implying stress at sub-MIC on isolate harbor high number of resistancegenes (N11) and compared with sensitive isolate (S). Only four β-lactamase coding genes were detected;blaTEM, blaPER, blaVIM and blaCTX-M-2 and N11 had blaTEM, blaPER, and blaVIM.
