The research aims to show the impact that the information of the supporting bodies can have and its dimensions represented by (information credibility, efficiency and effectiveness of information, cooperation with the tax administration, obligating the taxpayer, accuracy and completeness of information and the appropriate time) in tax inventory, as well as clarifying the moral differences in The response of the surveyed sample according to the personal variables represented by (gender, educational attainment, scientific specialization, job title, years of service), and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted and in light of it, the questionnaire was designed as a main tool in collecting data from the sample of (80) officials In the General Tax Authority and in the job positions represented by (assistant general manager, department manager, division official, tax examiner, auditor, others, as well as conducting personal interviews with its officials, the answers were analyzed based on the statistical program (SPSS V.18) and reached The research led to a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a moral effect to remove the impact of the information of the supporting bodies, collectively and individually, in the tax inventory.
Plasma alkaline phosphatase isozyme in Iraqi fowl was studied by acrylamide gel electrophoresis. Two phenotypes fast and slow, were observed. These two phenotypes have been shown to be controlled by one single autosomal locus with two allel AKPF and AKPS. The gene frequency of AKPS is dominant over the AKPF. The result indicated that gene frequency of AKPF in leghorn and new hamshire was more frequent than in local Iraqi birds. Birds of fast isozyme type had higher 90 – day's egg production and egg weights as compared to those with slow isozyme. It is concluded that the fast isozyme can be used as gene marker for spotting out pullets with high body weight sexual maturity, high egg production and high egg weight.
Objectives: To assess the qualifications and performance of newly graduated pharmacists and explore factors that affect their performance in public hospitals. Out of 150 different specimens, 67 S. aureus isolate were isolated. However, 16sRNA gene was located only in 60 isolates. Moreover, mecA gene was located in 48 isolates; thereby MRSA covered 80% of all S. aureus isolates. Of considerable interest, pvl gene was detected in only six isolates (10%). Also, this ligand reduction of a negatively charged ligand proved to depend far less on the nature central metal than neutral ligands does. It is supposed that in Mz(acac)z complexes the charge is distributed evenly over the whole molecule. In this work these complexes were prepared and characterized by IR and CHN analysis to indicate the purities of these complexes.
