The pioneering trend in managing health institutions and its impact on improving the quality of services : A case study in some institutions of the Iraqi Ministry of Health
...Show More Authors

This study seeks to identify the role that the leadership trend plays in the management of health institutions in Iraq and its impact on improving the quality of the health service provided by analyzing some opinions of affiliates working in the Iraqi health sector where a survey list was used as a main tool for collecting primary data, as it was subjected to this analysis ( 60) of the medical staff, of whom (40) are doctors and (20) are affiliated with the rank of assistant physician, and (60) members of the administrative cadre have undergone their various job ranks and administrative specializations (department manager, auditor, observer, accountant, statistician, secretary). Reliance on statistical software (spss) in data analysis.

The study resulted in important results about the necessity of adopting the pioneering approach in managing health institutions and because of its importance in managing the joints and sections of these institutions and relying on administrative specializations that have the qualifications and capabilities of management and taking into account the reduction of pressure on the shoulders of doctors to hold them responsible for management in most of these institutions.

Based on the above results, the study recommends that a pioneering approach be adopted in management and authorization of management in most institutions and health sectors with regard to the institutional administrative work of professionals and administrative qualifications and to reduce dependence on doctors in management, since the doctor’s profession is focused on diagnosing disease, determining appropriate treatment and medication, and emphasizing the separation of authority The administrative decision about the medical decision and setting up mechanisms that enable the institution to promote the health services provided.

Synthesis of Nanozeolite NaA from Pure Source Material Using Sol Gel Method
...Show More Authors

In this work, the nano particles of Na-A zeolite were synthesized by sol –gel method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray  luorescence (XRF), Surface  area and pore volume, Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Results show that the nano A zeolite is with average crystal size is 74.77 nm., Si/Al ratio 1.03, BET surface area was 581.211m2/g and the pore volume for NaA was found equal to 0.355cm3/g.

Radiological risk assessment of fuel fabrication facility at Al- Tuwaitha nuclear site
...Show More Authors

The specific activity of 29 soil samples collected from Fuel
Fabrication Facility FFF at AL-Tuwaitha site, 20 km south of
Baghdad were determined using HPGe detector in a low background
configuration, it's relative efficiency of 40%, and resolution of 2keV
for the 1332 keV gamma ray emission of 60Co. The range of activity
concentrations of 226Ra, 232Th and 40K were between (12.56-31.96),
(10.2-18.4) and (47.47-402.1) Bq/kg respectively. In order to assess
any radiological hazard to human health, the absorbed gamma dose
rate D in air at 1m above the ground surface was calculated in the
range (18.87 to 36.46) nGy/h; the outdoor annual effective dose
equivalent AEDE was evaluated to vary from 0.0039 to 0.0076

PDF Angular Laser Cleaning of Aluminum Al-4004 with Different Spot Sizes
...Show More Authors

Abstract: When it comes to applications in welding, cutting, and surface engineering, the utilization of high-power fiber-delivered beams from solid-state lasers offers several benefits. This paper addresses the issue of cleaning the surface of the samples with different spot sizes (50, 100 and 200) (industrial ytterbium fiber laser) to prepared it to be welded. Angular laser cleaning with incident angles (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30) ° with different powers (3, 5, 7, 10) W and hatch distance 0.001 was use for implemented.

Dry Sliding Wear Behavior of EN25 Steel Treated by Different Quenching Media
...Show More Authors

The present investigation aims to study the effect of heat treatment by quenching in different quenching media (salt water, water and oil) following by tempering on wear resistance of EN25 steel. EN25 steel is an alloy of medium carbon low alloy steel which is used for many applications requiring high tensile strength and wear resistance such as connecting rods, adapters and in power sectors extensively. The specimens are machined to 20 mm in length and 10 mm in diameter. This study is done by two stages: The first stage is done by austenitizing EN25 steel to 850  for 1 hr by quenching the specimens in three different quenching media and then tempered at 300   in air. While the second stage is performed by wear

Flexural Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Beams Reinforced with 3D-Textile Composite Fiber
...Show More Authors

Normal concrete is weak against tensile strength, has low ductility, and also insignificant resistance to cracking. The addition of diverse types of fibers at specific proportions can enhance the mechanical properties as well as the durability of concrete. Discrete fiber commonly used, has many disadvantages such as balling the fiber, randomly distribution, and limitation of the Vf ratio used. Based on this vision, a new technic was discovered enhancing concrete by textile-fiber to avoid all the problems mentioned above. The main idea of this paper is the investigation of the mechanical properties of SCC, and SCM that cast with 3D AR-glass fabric having two different thicknesses (6, 10 mm), and different layers (1,2 laye

Experimental Behavior of Laced Reinforced Concrete One Way Slab under Static Load
...Show More Authors

Test results of eight reinforced concrete one way slab with lacing reinforcement are reported. The tests were designed to study the effect of the lacing reinforcement on the flexural behavior of one way slabs. The test parameters were the lacing steel ratio, flexural steel ratio and span to the effective depth ratio. One specimen had no lacing reinforcement and the remaining seven had various percentages of lacing and flexural steel ratios. All specimens were cast with normal density concrete of approximately 30 MPa compressive strength. The specimens were tested under two equal line loads applied statically at a thirds part (four point bending test) up to failure. Three percentage of lacing and flexural steel ratios wer
