Tax fraud is following different methods of tax evasion (bypassing the laws, instructions and regulations related to tax) by not showing the real taxable income by using laws, instructions and regulations improperly, and because of the weak basic role of forensic accounting in detecting and reducing tax fraud, the problem has become more influential on the state general tax income. The main objective of the research is to identify forensic accounting and the extent to how it can be applied in the General Tax Authority to assist forensic authorities in issuing judgments in fraud cases. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was used to reach the topic of the research, and a questionnaire (consist of 24 items) was evaluated as a tool for data collection. In order to test the research hypotheses, a set of statistical measurements were used to analyze the data and reach the results using the SPSS statistical application.
In this paper we use the Markov Switching model to investigate the link between the level of Iraqi inflation and its uncertainty; forth period 1980-2010 we measure inflation uncertainty as the variance of unanticipated inflation. The results ensure there are a negative effect of inflation level on inflation uncertainty and all so there are a positive effect of inflation uncertainty on inflation level.

The study area (Bahr Al-Najaf) is located on the western edge of the plateau and the southwestern part of the city center of Najaf, with an area of 2729.4 (km2). To explore the potential for in vitro rapid regeneration of Spanish dagger (Yucca gloriosa 'Variegata'), different concentrations of 6-Benzyladenine (BA), 1-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and combinations of both were evaluated for callus induction initiated on leaf and bud (terminal and axillary buds) explants using Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium. Callus response induction percentage, fresh weight, color and texture of the callus were assessed after 1.5 and 6.0 months in culture.
