Background: This study aimed to examine the efficacy of methylene blue (MB) and toluidine blue O (TBO) photodynamic therapy (PDT) as adjuncts to root surface debridement (RSD). Materials and Methods: Modifications of thermoplastic acrylic denture base surface were investigated with SEM.
