The current study aims to identify the effect of guided visualization strategy in developing the visual perception among kindergarteners. The experimental design was used; pre-post test. A total of (32) boy and girl ranging 5 to 6 years old were selected from al-Rabeea’ kindergarten, directorate of al-karkh 2 / Baghdad. The sample divided into equal two group (16) boy and girl of each one. al-Talaqany’s (2016) visual perception skills test among kindergarteners was adopted to collect the required data. The collected data had processed based on (gender, pre-post test, and age). To achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher set up series of sessions that addressed the guided visualization strategy among kindergarteners composes of (22) activity. The results have showed that there were significant differences among visual perception skills’ degrees between control and experimental group at 0.05 level; this difference in favor of the experimental group as its mean score is higher than that of control group.
Sequence covering array (SCA) generation is an active research area in recent years. Unlike the sequence-less covering arrays (CA), the order of sequence varies in the test case generation process. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art of the SCA strategies, earlier works reported that finding a minimal size of a test suite is considered as an NP-Hard problem. The study aimed to design a test of pre-writing skills for public kindergartens in Baghdad city. The test consisted of (25) items applied on a sample of (150) kindergarteners to identify these skills as well as to identify the significant difference between male and female children and if there is a difference between pre-school children and kindergarteners. The results showed the presence of pre-writing skills with a high degree in kindergarten children. The differences were clear in these skills between male and female children and those in pre-school than those in kindergartens. The researcher suggested a number of recommendations and proposals.
