ان دراسة الاحوال الاجتماعية في الاسكندرية خلال العصر المملوكي امر مهم لاسيما ان الحياة الاجتماعية في مصر عامة والاسكندرية خاصة اتصفت بكونها بطيئة التغيير خلاف جوانب الحياة الاخرى التي اتصفت بسرعة تغير مجراها كما وان تاريخ الاسكندرية الاجتماعي كان زاخرا بالكثير من نواحي النشاط الانساني من ميادين العمل والتسلية والترفيه والاعياد والافراح فضلا عن تنوع عناصره السكانية وهذا ما سنتناوله ضمن محاور هذا البحث.

The inhibition of 3-Benzyl -2-mercaptoquinoizoline -4 (3H)-one (BMQ) on the corrosion of carbon steel in 0.5 M HCl studied by potentionstat polarization methods at 303–333 K. Results obtained show that BMQ act as inhibitor for carbon steel in HCl solution. The inhibition efficiency increase with increase in BMQ concentration. The purpose of this study is designate quenching and tempering heat treatment by using Taguchi technique to determine optimal factors of heat treatment (austenitizing temperature, percentage of nanoparticles, type of base media, nanoparticles type and soaking time) for increasing hardness, wear rate and impact energy properties of 420 martensitic stainless steel. An (L₁₈) orthogonal array was chosen for the design of experiment. By- products of corn starch industry were used to prepare media for propagation the lactic acid bacteria as a natural auxotroph. The by- products used were the corn steep water (S) and gluten extract (G) after a proper treatment to get them ready for media preparation. The results showed that it was possible to replace the peptone and meat extract by gluten extract in MRS medium. The growth was approximately similar to that obtained in standard MRS media.
