دور الأسرة في ظاهرة جنوح الأحداث

تعد الاسرة إحدى الوحدات الاجتماعية التي تهيئ الجيل المتطلع للحياة وهم الاطفال، وهي المهد الطبيعي للطبقة البشرية التي تباشر وتواجه اثراً هاماً تكوين الشخصية والسلوك الاجتماعي والخلقي ، وهي نقطة الوصول والتفاعل بين البيولوجي والاجتماعي وعنها ينشأ التفاعل النفساني ، وشبكة العلاقات الاسرية والعلاقات الخارجية المجتمعة . ومن خلال معاييرها وقيمها ينشأ السلوك سوياً كان ام مرضياً ( جانحاً ) ، ومشكلة جنوح الاحداث شأنها شأن بقية المشكلات الاجتماعية والانسانية التي تجابه المجتمعات النامية والمتقدمة لا تعبر عن ذاتها من حيث مظاهرها السلبية واسبابها ونتائجها فحسب بل تعبر عن جملة مشكلات اجتماعية وحضارية معقدة مربوطة بها ومتفاعلة معها الى درجة لا يمكن فضل بعضها عن بعض باية صورة من الصور.

ولعل مشكلة تفكك العائلة التي تتجسد في الطلاق والافتراق والهجر وتدهور الظروف الاجتماعية والبيئية الاقتصادية للعائلة وسوء اساليبها تنشئتها الاجتماعية، ومشكلة ضعف واضطراب المؤسسات التقليدية في المجتمع ، ومشكلة التخلف الحضاري الناجمة عن سرعة تحول الجانب المادي وبطؤ تحول الجانب الحضاري والقيمي في المجتمع ، هي من اهم المشكلات التي ترافق مشكلة جنوح الاحداث بحيث تجعلها مشكلة معقدة وشائكة لا يمكن معالجتها والتصدي لاثارها السلبية دون دراسة المجتمع دراسة عامة وشمولية تستهدف تشخيص المعوقات والسلبيات التي تنتاب مؤسساته البنيوية التقليدية كالعائلة والمدرسة والجامع او الكنيسة والمجتمع المحلي ووسائل الاعلام الجماهيرية الخ ( نشات ، 1981،ص30).

بيد ان مشكلة جنوح الاحداث هي من المشكلات الجوهرية التي تجابه المجتمع نظراً لكونها تمس فئة عمرية من فئات السكان الا وهي فئة الفتيان الصغار والمراهقين والشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين (7 - 18 سنة). هذه الفئة التي يمكن ان تلعب الدور القيادي في مستقبل نهضة وفاعلية وتقدم المجتمع فيما اذا منحت الرعاية والتربية الايجابية والتوجيه والتقويم الفعال الذي يمكن ان ينفذها من اسباب الجريمة والرذيلة والجنوح ويخلصها من الظروف والمعوقات والسلبيات المحيطة بها من كل مكان.
