This study aims at identifying the extent of SMS usage and understanding the role it plays in satisfying users' needs and motivations. In order to achieve this aim, an analytical descriptive method was adopted by conducting a field survey among students at Petra University.

The study resulted in many conclusions, the most important of which is that using SMS meets the students' cognitive, social and communicational needs and desires, the highest being communicating with friends at 75%, followed by exchanging songs and videos at 52%, as well as exchanging photos at 45%. Test anxiety for intermediate level The current study aims to measure the test anxiety of research’s sample and to identify the statistical differences of test anxiety, considering two variables gender and students classes level (first and third intermediate class). The current research aims to identify psychological resilience among middle school students. a sample of (300) male and female students was chosen from Al- Azmaa Intermediate School for Boys and Ohran Intermediate School for Girls, It is affiliated with the second Rusafa Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted a scale of Luthar & Cicchetti (2000) to measure psychological resilience. The results showed that middle school students have psychological resilience. There is no significant difference in psychological resilience between males and females.
