يمثل الكتاب كشاف لمجلة الاستاذ للعلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية والتي تصدرها الكلية وغطي الكشاف اعداد المجلة ابتداءً من العدد 50 الذي صدر في عام 2002 ولغاية العدد (104) الذي صدر 2009 . وكان عدد الابحاث المنشورة (1217 ) بحثا وكانت (985 باللغة العربية و 173 باللغة الانكليزية و 50 باللغة الكردية 9 باللغة الاخرى ) .

The new media scene reveals that the unprecedented overlap of a number of technical, economic, and political factors has made the new media a very complicated issue; and the focus of specialized and public debates about its impact on traditional means of communication and forms of social media and social relations. Then, the same scene discloses the reality of the relationship between the new and the traditional. These are the axes that will be will be discussed in this study.

It must be emphasized that media is amongst human studies fusing older and more recent sciences together, and that its disclosures are the physics of the new communication. The successive international changes in the economic, political, cultural and other fields resulted in many phenomena that occupied different levels of interest, and have been followed up, studied and analysed by specialists and researchers especially under the development of the media in the global communication.

Even though these phenomena had reflections in the communication domain like development and changes in the mechanism of behaviours between the international communities, they created in the meantime a phenomenon that caused an imbalance in the production, spread and the use of the informations that were supposed to be for fewer than 5 countries whereas it actually it is for more than 180 countries.

This research tries to reveal how to manage and control the competitive edge for business by building managerial skills in various organizational levels. The thesis discusses the concept of the new international regionalism that emerged after the growing effects and repercussions of globalization with its economic, political and security dimensions after the end of the Cold War and the crystallization of a different international system dominated by the United States of America, so that the major countries and actors in the international system realize the danger of globalization and move towards adopting regional arrangements to contain the negative effects of globalization.
