القدرة على القيادة التربوية وعلاقتها بالاتجاه العلمي لدى رؤساء الاقسام في بعض الجامعات العراقية

مشكلة البحث :

تعد الادارة الجامعية عاملا مهما واساسيا في اكمال البناء المعرفي لشخصية الطالب الجامعي لما يمثله من قدرة على قيادة العملية التربوية والتعليمية والوصول بها الى تحقيق اهدافها . وطالما كانت هذه الادارة ممثلة ابتداء من رئاسات الاقسام ووصولا الى اعلى الهرم الاداري في الجامعة مهمة في تحقيق  الاهداف العلمية والتربوية فان اختيار الاشخاص للقيام بمهامها تاخذ جانبا كبيرا ومهما وذلك للاثر الكبير لهذا الجانب .ان القدرة على القيادة التربوية تعتمد على توافر مجموعة من المهارات الاساسية كالادارية والعلمية والانسانية والفنية عند رؤوساء الاقسام وهذا الامر يتطلب وضوح الاهداف بالنسبة لادارة الاقسام والتخطيط والتنظيم والاشراف والتقويم الاداري الذي يتعلق بتوزيع المهام وكيفية تحقيقها في حلقات الهرم الادارية .وفي الوقت نفسه يمثل الاتجاه الذي يحمله الفرد دورا مهما واساسيا في تحديد استجاباته نحو الاشياءوالحوادث والمؤسسات والاخرين , وتتطلب الادارة ان يكون هناك اهتماما في التعرف على مايحمله رؤوساء الاقسام من اتجاهات علمية نحو الكثير من المفردات الاساسية في الادارة حيث تعد ضرورة لاغنى عنها لمواجهة الطوفان العلمي المعرفي المتمثل في ثورة المعلومات والتكنولوجيا وهذا يتطلب الاهتمام باعداد الطلبة العلمي والمعرفي لكي لانشعر بالانعزال والابتعاد عن العالم الخارجي .ومن خلال مالاحظه الباحثان اثناء عملهم في االتدريس الجامعي ان هناك بعض رؤوساء الاقسام الذين لايهتمون بهذه الجوانب وان قدرتهم على التخطيط والتنظيم تصطدم بعدم القدرة على قيادتهم الاقسام وهذا ينعكس على طبيعة القسم ودوره العلمي . لذا تنبثق مشكلة البحث الحالي من اهمية القيادة في المؤسسات التربوية وما لها من دور كبير في قيادة العملية التربوية يؤدي بطبيعة الحال الى الارباك في الاداء مما ينعكس اثره السلبي على موقع  الجامعة في المجتمع .لذا جاءت الدراسة  الحالية كمحاولة للبحث عن تشخيص الجانب السلبي ومحاولة معالجته وذلك عن طريق تقويم القدرة على القيادة التربوية لرؤساء الاقسام في  الكليات على  وفق الاتجاه العلمي

Influence of Aging Heat Treatment on Pitting Corrosion Resistance of Martensitic Stainless Steel

Digital Data Encryption Using a Proposed W-Method Based on AES and DES Algorithms

This paper proposes a new encryption method. It combines two cipher algorithms, i.e., DES and AES, to generate hybrid keys. This combination strengthens the proposed W-method by generating high randomized keys. Two points can represent the reliability of any encryption technique. Firstly, is the key generation; therefore, our approach merges 64 bits of DES with 64 bits of AES to produce 128 bits as a root key for all remaining keys that are 15.
