The problem of research is that the colleges of education in general and the College of Education in particular continue to follow traditional administrative patterns and that there is a complaint that the educational outputs do not match the aspirations of the society and its future directions. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of quality assurance standards in the college and to create a future vision for these standards to apply them. The researcher has designed a questionnaire based on the responses of the research sample which consisted of a group of university teachers to identify the quality assurance standards. The findings revealed that it is necessary to find a clear approach to apply the standards of quality in college. The research comes out with a number of recommendation and suggestions.

The fingerprinting DNA method which depends on the unique pattern in this study was employed to detect the hydatid cyst of Echinococcus granulosus and to determine the genetic variation among their strains in different intermediate hosts (cows and sheep). In this study, nickel cobaltite (NC) nanoparticles were created using the sol-gel process and used as an adsorbent to adsorb methyl green dye (MG) from aqueous solutions. The adequate preparation of nickel cobaltite nanoparticles was verified using FT-IR, SEM, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies. The crystalline particle size of NC nanoparticles was 10.53 nm. The present study aimed to diagnose M. canis via the molecular method and differentiating its local Iraqi isolates from global isolates. Microscopic examination showed 55 specimens with M. canis from 130 specimens collected from children aged between 4-10 years suspected of dermatophytes who attended Medical City Laboratories and Baghdad Hospital in Baghdad city from 1/12/2022 to 1/3/2023. The study aims at elicitation the morals strategies from sunnah depending on the analytic-qualitative method. It revealed a comprehensive integrated system of creative strategies to improve morals. It was categorized into three areas: cognitive strategies, affective strategies, and some strategies based on self-initiative and practice. The researcher recommended that teachers and educators should employ these effective strategies in the process of moral guidance for the Muslim generation.
