The social control Of Kindergartens department students

The research aims to identify the social control among kindergarten department students. In order to achieve the objective of the research, a sample of (400) female students: (200) from Baghdad University / Faculty of Education for women and (200) from Mustansiriyha University / Faculty of Basic Education were chosen randomly.

   The researchers designed a tool to measure the social control of the study sample. It was exposed to group of specialists in the educational and psychological sciences, measurement and evaluation. In addition to specialists in kindergartens. Two indicators of validity were used. The Alpha-Cronbach method, Pearson correlation coefficient, and independent samples t-test were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of study revealed that research sample have a high level of social control. In the light of the research's results, the researchers come with a number of recommendations: Emphasizing the importance of social control in the educational and educational process. Conducting an experimental study in the development of Social Control among kindergarten children.

The reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province

The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.

Omani Second-Cycle Students’ Motivations for Electronic Games

The current study aims to investigate the second cycle students’ motives for using electronic games in Oman. The sample consisted of (570) students, (346 males and 224 females). The participants completed an open-ended question which was analyzed based on ground theory. The results showed that (46.820%) of the males and (77.678) of the females played electronic games for pleasure, entertainment, and fun.
