جرائم الاحداث بعد الاحتلال دراسة ميدانية (في دار الملاحظة في حي السلام)

قال احد المربين ( أعطوني طفولة سعيدة ممتلئة وخذوا شباباً ناضجاً سليماً) ويعني بالطفولة السعيدة تلك الطفولة المشبعة بالحب والحنان وتلبية الحاجات المهمة للطفل حيث يتعلم الطفل من احضان العائلة بعض النواهي والاوامر حتى اذا اتسعت دائرة معارفه شملت الرفقة والعصبة حيث يبدأ الطفل بالتحرر شيئاً فشيئأ من الضوابط العائلية وينتقل مركز ولائه واخلاصه من العائلة الى العصبية وكلما تتوسع علاقات الطفل تزداد خبراته وتتعدد تعاريفه الاجتماعية فاذا ما وصل الحدث دور المراهقة واتصل برفاق اللعب بصورة تلقائية وذاتية تكون له شخصيته المستقلة .

ان ظاهرة انحراف الاحداث ترتبط بعملية التنشئة الاجتماعية ارتباطاً وثيقاً ويعزى كثير في مجال الجريمة والانحراف تفاقم وخطورة هذه الظاهرة في مختلف المجتمعات الانسانية الى قصور واضح في دور المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية الموكل اليها عملية تنظم سلوك الافراد في المجتمع فعندما شهر هابيل سلاحه بوجه اخيه قابيل فقتله لم يكن يعلم انه يرتكب بذلك اول جريمة في التاريخ وان مجتمعات ستنشأ بعد الاف او ملايين السنيين لايدري ستحارب القتلة وتضع قوانين للقصاص من المجرمين ام لا .

الا اننا لانستطيع ان نلوم المجتمع الذي عاش فيه هابيل لان ياخذ دور في التصدي للجريمة لانه لم يكن مجتمعاً بالمعنى المتعارف عليه اليوم .

اما اليوم ونحن نخطو اولى خطواتنا على اعتاب قرن ميلادي جديد اليوم وقد قطعت الانسانية اشواطاً كبيرة مبتعدة عن الغاية ، حيث البقاء للاقوى مقتربه من المدينة والحضارة حيث البقاء للاصلح ترتب مسؤليات كبيرة تقع على عاتق هذه المجتمعات في التصدي للجريمة وحماية افرادها منها وصولاً الى مجتمعات متحضرة تسير نحو المستقبل بخطى واثقة وموضوعنا هو ماهي اسباب انحراف الاحداث بعد الاحتلال وهل هناك اسباب جديدة دخلت عالم الاحداث ؟

حيث ان اللانحراف اسباب عديدة كما ذكرناها سابقاً منها ما هو مرتبط بالحدث نفسه ومنها ماهو مرتبط بالنية الاجتماعية وتفاعل هذين العاملين يولدان السلوك الاجرامي ونفترض على سبيل المثال ان حدثاً ينشأ في منطقة تشجع على القوة والمخاطرة والنهب والسلب وتعتبر الشخص الذي لايأخذ حقه بيده ( جبان) والعكس هو الشجاع الذي يقف بوجه القانون وعندما يذهب هذا الحدث الى المدرسة يرى نفسه الصورة عند اقرانه من التلاميذ لذلك ينشأ السلوك الاجرامي عنده وهذا السلوك يصبح عاماً وطبيعياً في هذه المناطق وعند انتقال الاحداث مع عوائلهم الى مناطق اكثر رفاهية سوف ينتقل معهم هذا السلوك فيكون سلوك جديداً لابناء تلك المنطقة وهو ما يسمى بـ ( هجرة الانحراف)
