The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . term.
The psychological pollution has its root in the theories of the development of humanities
within the organization of the history. Some of these theories are the exceptional cultural
theory, the faithfulness theory and the integration theory and the identity losing.

The study attempts to measure the level of shyness; the level of psychological isolation; to identify the relationship between shyness and psychological isolation; and to identify the differences between shyness and psychological isolation among first-intermediate students.
