This study aims to find the relationships between social capital (social network, social trust, shared goals) and knowledge sharing (knowledge Donating, knowledge collecting) as independent variables and their impact on improving the quality of educational services (academic staffs quality, Quality of teaching methods and study curriculums). The research aims to apply a modified SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of the educational services via conducting exploratory research for students from the College of Administration and Economics- Department of Business Administration- Evening studies at the University of Baghdad. The purposes of this study were to identifying the (attitudes of college of
education and college of science for womens in Baghdad university students
toward aggresive behaviore) and to determine the differences of student's
attitudes due to Specialization.

1-Identifying the professional level of the educational counselors.

2- Knowing the level of the school climate with the educational counselors.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between narcissistic
personality and altruistic behavior for a subject of (307) gifted high schools
students, including (139)male and (168) female students ,both the scale of
narcissistic personality and the scale of altruistic behavior (Hameed ,2002) were
checked for its validity and reliability ,and both the level of narcissism and the
level of altruism for the students were measured in compare to the medium average
