معنى الحياة وعلاقته بالسعادة لدى منتسبي جامعة بغداد من التدريسيين والموظفين

      تطور اهتمام علم النفس في السنوات الأخيرة في الموضوعات التي تؤكد على ايجابية الشخصية الانسانية مثل مركز الضبط والتفاؤل والذكاء الانفعالي ومعنى الحياة Meaning of life  ، وتمثل مثل هذه الموضوعات نواة تيار او فرع في علم النفس يدعى بعلم النفس الايجابي او (البنَاء ) Positive Psychology  ، ويؤكد علم النفس الايجابي على ان تكون الحياة الداخلية للانسان اكثر عمقاً وثراءاً وتأثيراً بما يجعله افضل قدرة على التعامل الجيد مع اقسى الظروف المحيطة به وينسجم هذا مع دعوة ( مارتين سيلجمان Seligman  ) 1999 الرئيس الاسبق للرابطة النفسية الامريكية APA  في ان يعمل علم النفس على دراسة ما يجعل الحياة جديرة بالعيش وان يصحح مسار ميدان علم النفس الذي تحرك بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية بعيداً عن مهامه الاساسية في ان يجعل حياة الانسان اكثر امتلاءاً وانتاجاً وفي تمهيد الطريق للسعادة والى نشر الالتزام واشاعة العدالة الاجتماعية بدلاً من اظهار الخلل او الشذوذ في نموذج مرضي للوظيفة الانسانية ( حافظ ، 2006 ، ص3 ) .

      ويندرج مفهوم معنى الحياة ضمن هذا التوجه الايجابي في علم النفس والذي يرجع في اصوله الى كتابات ( فكتور فرانكل Frankl  ) الذي حرر المفهوم من اصوله الفكرية الفلسفية ومنحه امكانية التوظيف الاجرائي كونه موضوعاً جديراً بالبحث العلمي في علم النفس بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية وبتأثير منها ( المصدر السابق ، ص3 ) .

      ويعد موضوع معنى الحياة من الاهتمامات الوجودية للانسان ، ويرى بعض الباحثين انها تبدأ بشكل خاص في مرحلة المراهقـة ، فقـد توصل ( ادمسون ولايكسل Adamson & Lyxcll  ) 1996 في دراسة لهما الى ان معظم اسئلة عينة بحثهما ممن هم في عمر (18-20 ) سنة كانت عن المستقبل والموت والدين وفلسفة الحياة ، وتوصلا ايضاً الى انه حتى اولئك المراهقين الذين لا يعانون من مشكلات الوحدة النفسية كانوا يحدثون البالغين في موضوعات وافكار وجودية على صلة بمعنى الحياة ( حافظ ، 2006 ، ص3 ) .

The Effect of Video Games on Intermediate Students’ Academic Achievement
