This study examines the relationships between Kuwait and the Soviet Union from 1961 to 1991, chiefly by analyzing not only the factors that drove Kuwait to form diplomatic relationships with Moscow in 1963 but also how domestic, regional, and international variables affected the development of those relationships until 1991. من المتفق عليه أن هناك طريقا واحدا لنشر الثقافة والقضاء على الجهل هو التعليم .ولعل أبرز ماشهدته مدينة بغداد من تطور هو ظهور المدر سة ومن ثم إنتشارها بشكل كبير وفق المفهوم الحديث مما أثرفي عموم الحياة اليومية ، ومن ضمنها التعليم العالي .إن الإستقرار من أهم ماتحتاجه الجامعة للقيام بواجباتها ولايأتي الإستقرار إلا بالإستقرار الذي يضمن لنا أن تكون الجامعة بعيدة عن ما قد يستجد من الأهواء و النزاعات.

The research aims at:

1. Identifying the problems facing kindergarten teachers.
2. Identifying the nature of the problems facing kindergarten teachers.

To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to identify the problems that face the teachers of kindergartens. The questionnaire was subjected to the consultation of a group of specialized expertise in the educational and psychological sciences to certify the propriety of the items of the questionnaire and it gained a rate of (80%), and the stability of the scale gained (0.91) and it stands for a correlation parameter with a statistical significance and it was calculated by using Person’s R Corre

The goal of the research is to identify prevailing values in Kurdish children’s stories, and statistically significant differences between groups. In the theoretical framework, the definitions of values are reviewed. Furthermore, a range of previous studies were offered, with the most important findings.
To achieve the goals of this research, an amount of 14 Kurdish children’s must be analyzed. The selected Kurdish children’s stories must be translated to Arabic conform the classification ’White’.  After confirming the stability of this tool, the researcher reached the following results:
