The study aims to identify the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment and the implementation of remote supervision in relation to two variables with respect to the employees of the Saudi Ministry of Education. The study included (456) male and female supervisors. The questionnaire has been administrated to collected data related to the research aims. The results indicated that both the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment and the implementation of remote supervision is of an average degree. There is a significant correlation relationship (p<0.05) between administrative empowerment and remote supervision of the educational supervisors of the Saudi Ministry of Education. This study aimed to measure the innovative thinking and cognitive cessation among university students. The sample consisted of (400) male and female students at al Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2018/2019). The results of the study showed that there are differences in innovative thinking and cognitive inhibition according to the gender variable in favor of males. There is a positive relationship between innovative thinking and cognitive inhibition. In light of these findings, the researcher presented a set of conclusions and recommendations.

The current research aims to know the relationship between bullying and parental treatment. (200) pupils were selected randomly from the fifth and sixth grades of primary schools.

Two instruments were used. The first was to measure bullying and it included 19 items. To measure parental treatment, the researchers adopted (Aletaby 2001) scale.

Statistical analysis showed that correlation between bullying , wiggle and Firm treatment style was positive Statistically significant .Bulling was correlated negatively with (neglect, careless, and Authoritarian treatment style.

The study aimed to examine the sensitivity to stress and its relation to positive mood among educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach as more an appropriate method for the current study. The sample is composed of (200) educational supervisor. To collect study data, two scales have been used: one scale to measure the sensitivity to stress and the other to measure the positive mood.
