The current study aims to find out:

1. The ingratiating behavior of university students.
2. The differences of statistical significance in The ingratiating behavior among university students according to the variables of sex and specialization

The current study is determined by University of Baghdad students of both genders (males and females) and for both majors (scientific and humanities) for the academic year (2019-2020).

In order to achieve the researcher's objectives:Ingratiating behavior scale has been constructed. It consists in its final form of (32) items divided into four behaviors. The researcher has extracted scale validity and reliability.

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of instructional scaffolding strategy in the development of academic achievement and critical thinking of female second grade secondary mathematics students. Semi-experimental and relational descriptive method was used. The sample of the study consisted of (50) students divided into an experimental group and a control group.        لقد حدا بالمهتمين في الميدان التربوي، والادارة التربوية بصورة خاصة، ان يجدوا علاقات ايجابية بين متغيرات الميدان التربوي عامة والاداري بصورة خاصة وقد تمخض هذا عن وجود علاقة ايجابية بين اداء المديرين ورؤساء الاقسام ودرجة التقويم، ومن هنا يتضح انه كلما كان التقويم عالياً في درجته، يتضح ان هناك اداءً فاعلاً ولكن ليس بالشكل الحقيقي لمعنى التقويم ما لم يكن هناك

The study aimed to identify the future thinking skills of university students and which of these skills are prevalent. The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female students from the university students. In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher built a measure of future thinking skills based on Torrance theory (2003). Psychometric properties of the standards were extracted, which are represented by honesty and consistency and the application of the measures to the research sample. The researchers found that Future thinking skills of university students, and that the skill of future planning is the most common skill among the research sample.
