Many behavioral researchers pointed out the importance of relaxation techniques in the treatment of different psychological disorders where find  the importance of these techniques in reducing anxiety and stress and the resulted of behaviors and habits, with the development of these techniques are being used to gain public health, whether mental health or physical or mentality, and one of these techniques is music therapy that reduces tension and anxiety and operates a state of relaxation, which is used in the treatment of  patients of dental clinic.

The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). In this research, the stopping power and range of protons in biological human soft and hard tissues (blood, brain, skeleton-cortical bone, and skin) of both child and adult are calculated at the energies ranging from 1MeV to 350 MeV.
