Background: The bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebra has been assessed according to the results of the Dual-Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DEXA). Although anemia is known to affect bone mineral density, at the present time, it is not clear which vertebra is more affected by this disease. Three types of medical commercial creams Silvazine, Cinolon Tar and Hydroquinon Domina were incorporated in this study. The medical creams were taken directly and placed uniformly on the glass slide. Each type of pharmaceutical was weighed at 1 mg and dispersed on an area of 1x1 cm. This process ensures same thickness for all samples. The creams were analyzed by using double-beam UV/visible spectrophotometer Metertech SP8001. The absorption spectrum for each of samples was measured against wavelength range of 300–700 nm.

The experiment was carried out to study the effect of NPK and Inicium using two concentration for each of them 1 and 2 gm/L for NPK and 5 and 10 ml/L for Inicium on some physiological characters of Lycopersicon esculentum and mitotic division index of seedling radical apex. The results showed that all the characters increased plant height, stem diameter, leaves number, length of leaf, lobs number in one leaf, length of root and root diameter. The data showed that the percentage of cell division, mitotic division and Telophase stage increased in seedling radical apex comparison with control plants.
