The current study aims at investigating the effect of cooperative learning (Jigsaw) on motivation of female students. Department of kindergarten to learn Human biology. The twelve samples of agricultural soils from four regions in Al-Najaf governorate with sampling plant with soil. Physical properties of the soil where studied, such as electrical conductivity ranged from (136.33-1070.00)μS/cm^-3, and moisture which ranged between the values (0.39-36.48)%. The study aims to identify the symptoms of PTSD among displaced Yazidi women according to age, marital status, educational level, and type of status (displaced or survivor). The study also seeks to identify the effect of the relaxation program on reducing PTSD among displaced Yazidi women. The present study is meant to inquire about the training needs of middle stage leaders in Bisha, (Saudi Arabia) from the perspective of teachers. To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.

This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). Results have shown no significant differences at (α=0.05) in the sample’s expectations of the study’s variables.
