The research was limited to the teachers of the kindergartens in Baghdad ( Rusafa – Karkh ) in 2009 - 2010 . The sample included 160 teachers and 160 children. The researcher selected 10% from the kindergartens in each directorate on Rusafa and Karkh randomly. The researcher selected 10 teachers (guiders) intentionally from each selected kindergarten. Patient satisfaction and dental anxiety considered as an important factors in dental health care and treatment because they greatly affect the patient's cooperation with the dentist and the extent to which follows the guidelines, treatment and preventive instruction. The present study investigates the relationship between patient satisfaction and dental anxiety, as well as their relation to demographic variables such as gender, age, number of visits, and cultural level. This  investigation was conducted to recognize the structure for (RHETI version 2.5  1999) by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Sample of (620) student of Al-Mustansrya University were administered the (RHETI).

The data of their responses was analyzed by using (PAF) and oblique rotating .

The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type and (184) items were loaded by the factors: (60) item for feeling center, (61) items for instinctive center and (63) items for thinking center.
