The followers of the reality of the decision application faculty in departments of faculties of education of the University of Baghdad, it is noted that there are many shortcomings, which relate to Path, management, design, and evaluation, Coming from the work of the researcher as a teacher and supervisor, as well as to inform the researcher on many of the studies and literature, luck researcher on the article there are no courses are clear in theory and in practice the decision of the applications teaching, and often puts the teacher education curriculum, which lacks the link between the theoretical and practical, either in relation to its management, there is no office for the management and coordination at the University of Baghdad or the colleges of, to oversee directly through the sections colleges applications and teaching within the college application school outside the college, given the multiplicity of groups involved, there are no clear programs to deal with the parties involved, to determine the tasks and roles expected. Either in terms of design is the absence of specific mechanisms for the implementation stages of teaching applications. This research includes the application of non-parametric methods in estimating the conditional survival function represented in a method (Turnbull) and (Generalization Turnbull's) using data for Interval censored of breast cancer and two types of treatment, Chemotherapy and radiation therapy and age is continuous variable, The algorithm of estimators was applied through using (MATLAB) and then the use average Mean Square Error (MSE) as amusement to the estimates and the results showed (generalization of Turnbull's) In estimating the conditional survival function and for both treatments ,The estimated survival of the patients does not show very large differences

In the present work, the surface properties of mixed binary surfactants containing sodium dodecylbenzene sulfate (SDBS) and Tween 80 (TW80) surfactants in aqueous solutions were studied at temperature 293 K using surface tension measurements. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) magnitude for both individual surfactants and their mixtures were established the obtained results revealed that the magnitude of cmc of the mixtures are less than the magnitude of individual surfactants and decrease with the increase in Tween 80 percent in solution which indicate the nonideal mixing of the two surfactants. Abstract
This work involves the manufacturing of MAX phase materials include V2AlC and Cr2AlC using powder metallurgy as a new class of materials which characterized by regular crystals in lattice. Corrosion behavior of these materials was investigated by Potentiostat to estimate corrosion resistance and compared with the most resistant material represented by SS 316L. The experiments were carried out in 0.01N of NaOH solution at four temperatures in the range of 30–60oC.
