The followers of the reality of the decision application faculty in departments of faculties of education of the University of Baghdad, it is noted that there are many shortcomings, which relate to Path, management, design, and evaluation, Coming from the work of the researcher as a teacher and supervisor, as well as to inform the researcher on many of the studies and literature, luck researcher on the article there are no courses are clear in theory and in practice the decision of the applications teaching, and often puts the teacher education curriculum, which lacks the link between the theoretical and practical, either in relation to its management, there is no office for the management and coordination at the University of Baghdad or the colleges of, to oversee directly through the sections colleges applications and teaching within the college application school outside the college, given the multiplicity of groups involved, there are no clear programs to deal with the parties involved, to determine the tasks and roles expected. Either in terms of design is the absence of specific mechanisms for the implementation stages of teaching applications. The current research aims to train students to take benefit of their studies to analyze and taste the artistic works as one of the most important components of the academic structure for students specializing in visual arts; then to activate this during training them the methods of teaching. Consequently, the capabilities of mind maps were employed as a tool that would be through freeing each student to analyze a model of artistic work and think about his analytical principles according to what he knows. This research aimed to definite Blending learning (BL) technique, and to know the impact of its use onacademic achievement in Biology course of second class students in secondary special schools in Omdurman Locality and attitudes towards it, to achieve this; researcher adopted the experimental method.
