The possibility of using activated carbon developed from date palm seeds wastes as a permeable reactive barrier (PRB) to remove copper from polluted shallow groundwater was investigated. bacteria with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) degradation ability isolated from Shatt al-Arab water and
