The study aims to identify the neurological perfectionism of talented girls with disabilities and do a case study for one of these girls. The sample of the study consisted of (11) female students at the university level, 5 females with disability and (6) normal female-students. The sample also included (19) secondary school female students in Tabuk region, including 10 students with visual disability and (9) normal students. The case study was limited to one case of mentally superior girls (talented) with kinetic disability. The current research aimed to identify psychological stability and its relationship to university integration and spiritual intelligence among university students. The research sample consisted of (158) students from the College of Education - Al-Mustansiriya University.

A scale was applied: psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence,   and by using the (Pearson) correlation coefficient, and the t-test, the results showed: the sample members enjoy psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the research variables, and the results resulted in some recommendations and proposals.

Individual cannot live alone due to to his need for others to facilitate His supplies for living, thus social affiliation is considered one of the most important psychological, social needs in individuals life through his willing to affiliate to others whether they were friends ,family, colleague , or even home to reach some degree of  psychological stability.

       Affiliation is a tool to search for Satiate through living with group from the same type or comply for group or to be compatible with them or even to be adherent and accept what the group agreed about of criterion.
