Aim of this research is to evaluate the Singaporean curriculum provided for students in the first stage of basic education on the grounds that this approach pseudonym and is intended for Libyan environment, prompting researchers to ascertain the extent of its relevance to the stage of basic education students in Libya. To this end the researchers prepared questionnaire contains elements curriculum and falls under each element set of criteria have been confirmed sincerity and persistence, were analyzed the goals and content of the curriculum and in accordance with the criteria contained questionnaire as well as evaluating methods of teaching and the means and methods of evaluation used and concluded the researchers set of results using statistical methods appropriate (middle percentage weight) and then discuss the results reached researchers to shortcomings in the Singaporean approach and lack of suitability for pupils of the first phase of basic education, and researchers presented a set of recommendations and proposals
Concentrations of heavy metals (Copper Cu, Iron Fe, Manganese Mn, Cadmium Cd, and Lead Pb) have been studied in river crab Sesarma boulengeri (Outer part of the shield and interior tissues) which caught from two stations in Shatt Al – Arab river (Salhia and Aldeir areas). Elements concentrations were measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, concentration of heavy metals in the internal tissues was higher than in the outer shield in both of the stations with the highest value of the elements was to iron 95.21 mg\ kg during the spring as well as copper was 55 mg\kg and manganese was 39.09 mg\kg. This research presents the possibility of using banana peel (arising from agricultural production waste) as biosorbent for removal of copper from simulated aqueous solution. Batch sorption experiments were performed as a function of pH, sorbent dose, and contact time. The optimal pH value of Copper (II) removal by banana peel was 6. The amount of sorbed metal ions was calculated as 52.632 mg/g. Sorption kinetic data were tested using pseudo-first order, and pseudo-second order models. Halobacterium saccharovorum was isolated from local highsalinity souls named Al-Massab Al-Aam. A growth curve was determined. The average generation time during logarith- mic phase was 17.80±0.62 hr. Bacteriorhodopsin was 1808 lated from the purple membrane, its concentration was 4.8 mg/ml and H.W was 26000. The pattern of other membrane Bpoteins was studied and compared with those of other Boletes. Several unique proteins were isolated and their molecular weights were determined.
