Aim of this research is to evaluate the Singaporean curriculum provided for students in the first stage of basic education on the grounds that this approach pseudonym and is intended for Libyan environment, prompting researchers to ascertain the extent of its relevance to the stage of basic education students in Libya. To this end the researchers prepared questionnaire contains elements curriculum and falls under each element set of criteria have been confirmed sincerity and persistence, were analyzed the goals and content of the curriculum and in accordance with the criteria contained questionnaire as well as evaluating methods of teaching and the means and methods of evaluation used and concluded the researchers set of results using statistical methods appropriate (middle percentage weight) and then discuss the results reached researchers to shortcomings in the Singaporean approach and lack of suitability for pupils of the first phase of basic education, and researchers presented a set of recommendations and proposals

The goal of this study was to investigate the protein peroxidation role by measuring serum levels of advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) in type 2 diabetic patients with or without retinopathy and comparing them to controls to see if circulating AOPP levels can be used as a detection biomarker for DR. Results showed that the optimum conditions for production of inulunase from isolate Kluyveromyces marxianus AY2 by submerged culture could be achieved by using inulin as carbon source at a concentration of 2% with mixture of yeast extract and ammonium sulphate in a ratio of 1:1 in a concentration of 1% at initial pH 5.5 after incubation for 42 hours at 30ºC.

The sample comprises two sections of 10th grade female students (n=80) in Adawiya secondary School, The two sections were divided into two groups; one as an experimental group which works with six thinking hats, and the second as control group that learns traditionally. Creative thinking exam was used to measure the creative thinking with reliability (0.88).
