This study aimed to determine the extent matching his chemistry for fourth grade scientific quality standards, from the point of view of male and female teachers. The study sample consisted of (96) as a teacher and school representing schools six Baghdad educations (Rusafa - Karkh), and search tool consisted of identifying closed, accounting standards and specifications should be available in a chemistry book, after it has been ascertained from the sincerity and persistence. The percentage used Pearson correlation coefficient and the Fisher equation and weight percentile, as a means to describe the statistical analysis and interpretation of the results that have been reached. The results revealed that the percentage of matching subjects of the book with the standards and conditions to be provided therein, reached (3,161) and weight percentage reached (0,632). These values fall within the third level (Medom) of gradient Quintet in scale adopted, the study recommended the need to adopt standards of quality in planning, implementing and evaluating the educational system, especially in the textbook, and the involvement of specialists, educators and professionals in the construction and organization of the textbook, suitable themes for individual differences among students age and stage them, and increase the weekly classes, and the adoption of the vertical and horizontal organization in building scientific subjects.

This study aims to identify the most important legislatures and legal frameworks pertaining to advertisement for children. It focuses on the western approach, which is characterized by the variety of its perspectives in presenting issues and in identifying problems. However, if studies show that there is a certain awareness about the advertisement impact on children, it is obvious that most of legislatures reject the laws restricting the broadcast advertising spots intended for children under 12 years of age, with the exception of the Swedish and the Canadian province of Quebec experiences, which opted for total ban on advertising spots broadcast messages targeting children. |

... Show MoreWar as a human phenomenon, has its own literature. Poetry is a major genre in this literature. This paper is an attempt to investigate and analyse some stylistic features in two selected, English and Arabic, war poems. These poems share the same theme.Both promote the principle of sacrificing one’s own life for the sake of homeland. This paper limits itself to analyse, thecontent words, tenses, semantic grouping of vocabulary and foregrounding in the two poems. The areas of analysis show great similarities in distributing the general content words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs). In the analysis of the semantic areas of each content word, these poems reveal some similarities and some differences in their frequency rates.
