This study aimed to determine the extent matching his chemistry for fourth grade scientific quality standards, from the point of view of male and female teachers. The study sample consisted of (96) as a teacher and school representing schools six Baghdad educations (Rusafa - Karkh), and search tool consisted of identifying closed, accounting standards and specifications should be available in a chemistry book, after it has been ascertained from the sincerity and persistence. The percentage used Pearson correlation coefficient and the Fisher equation and weight percentile, as a means to describe the statistical analysis and interpretation of the results that have been reached. The results revealed that the percentage of matching subjects of the book with the standards and conditions to be provided therein, reached (3,161) and weight percentage reached (0,632). These values fall within the third level (Medom) of gradient Quintet in scale adopted, the study recommended the need to adopt standards of quality in planning, implementing and evaluating the educational system, especially in the textbook, and the involvement of specialists, educators and professionals in the construction and organization of the textbook, suitable themes for individual differences among students age and stage them, and increase the weekly classes, and the adoption of the vertical and horizontal organization in building scientific subjects.
This work deals with thermal cracking of heavy vacuum gas oil which produced from the top of vacuum distillation unit at Al- DURA refinery, by continuous process. An experimental laboratory plant scale was constructed in laboratories of chemical engineering department, Al-Nahrain University and Baghdad University. Derivatives of Schiff-bases possess a great importance in pharmaceutical chemistry. They can be used for synthesizing different types of bioactive compounds. In this paper, derivatives of new Schiff bases have been synthesized from several serial steps. The acid (I) was synthesized from the reaction of dichloroethanoic acid with 2 moles of p-aminoacetanilide.
